There is a problem that low employment rate or less job opportunities for Afri-Americans. One causes is mass incarceration, once the guilty was found, Afri-Americans are more likely to suffer long-term imprisonment compared to the whites. Those African-American men set free from jail have difficulties getting work and are normally hired in low-wage jobs that give little chance for progress. To solve the problem I found a solution “National HIRE Network” to help those people with criminal records find proper jobs and re-build their life.
