(1) The main purpose of TOR is to protect users personal privacy and freedom and ensure their right to privacy, which is largely achieved through its many relays. However, TOR can be used by the cyber criminals just as easily as it can be used by free speech or human rights activists. What is the future of this technology? Can you see it growing in acceptance? Why or why not?
(2) What are some of the risks to users in using cryptocurrency such as bitcoins? What measures are in place to mitigate/minimize these risks, and what can users do to better protect themselves? What are the challenges to law enforcement agencies in policing and investigating these issues?
(3) Overall, do you see the increased use of cryptocurrency as a good thing or a bad thing? What impacts might this have on the national/global financial system, and what are the implications of these impacts? What do you think is the future of cryptocurrency?
