For each Unit, I’ve written a list of Study Guide Questions that ask about key concepts from that Unit’s readings and class meetings/lectures. To help you consolidate what you’re learning in this course from both readings and classes, and provide an opportunity for you to build peer community and learn collaboratively, you will work in your assigned group to discuss and write out answers to each Unit’s list of Study Guide Questions, posting your group’s answers once per Unit for each of the Units 1 through 5 (as listed on the course Syllabus).

As you do the readings for the Unit, work to answer each Unit’s list of Study Guide Questions, making sure to also refer to your class lecture notes. These questions are intended to help you prepare for quizzes and also help you master key concepts for use in doing class assignments.

You may divide up the work of writing out answers to the Unit’s Study Guide Questions among your group members. Be sure all members in your Group have answers to all of that Unit’s Study Guide Questions.

Your Group’s Study Guide Answers – a form of participation and discussion – are collectively worth 10% of your course grade (2 points each).
