You reviewed social welfare and social policies, specifically in Chapter 22 which reviewed that informed decision making is required for programming and policies. With this noted along with research completed in the Library, please answer the following:

• Identify three changing societal problems that are part of the human service professional’s workplace.
• Identify two policies that have been enacted to address two of the three societal problems identified in the first question.
• Next, locate a program serving one of the societal problems listed in discussion question one and summarize the program. Also add how this program is utilizing a policy identified in discussion question two.
• Finally, analyze the program in discussion question three and outline how it is successful in responding to family problems. If is not successful please give your plan of what should be changed to better assist families in this changing society.
