   Search the University Library for articles that identify the impact underinsured and uninsured individuals have on the health care system.Analyze the research. Consider the following:

   • What are the problems within the health care industry?
   • Does the research identify uninsured and underinsured individuals as the root cause of the health care industry’s problems?
   • Do you agree? Why?
   • What other factors contribute to the problems within the health care system?
   • Are there gaps in the research identifying the root cause of the health care industry problems?
   • What policies are in place that exacerbate those problems?
   • What policies are in place that improve those problems?
   • What policies are not in place that might improve those problems?

   Take a position on the following question:

   • Are underinsured and uninsured individuals the root cause of the problems within the U.S. health care system?
   • If not, what is the root cause? What policies would you create to address the problems within the U.S. health care system? Are there policies you would end?
   • If so, what policies would you create to address the problems within the U.S. health care system? Are there policies you would end?
