Medical History: Past history of basal carcinoma on the tip of his nose

Current Medications: None

Social History: Alaskan fisherman

Scenario: Patient of record had not visited the office for 4 years. He was concerned about the appearance of his lower lip. A limited examination was performed. A clinical photograph was taken (see Slide # 32 showing Loss of Vermilion Border of the Lips). He needs routine maintenance appointments and a full mouth radiographic series.
