In order to correct these sentences, feel free to look through the “Grammar” sections of this Module, as well as Modules 2 and 3. Some of the sentences will need commas, some will need semicolons, some will break one of the seven rules in Module 2, and some will need the parenthetical citation punctuation corrected.

Rewrite the corrected sentences.

1. Fixing grammar in sentences is way hard.

5. I can’t believe that Halloween may be cancelled due to Covid.

8. Some people like English some people like math.

10. At the end of one of the Modules, Kim said “It’s raining extra credit”.

13. I love the quote by Burke but it is considered sexist today.
