   Unsure of legal obligations in designing a total compensation plan, a client has asked you, as a human resources consultant, to explain how certain laws and regulations affect total compensation in their organization. The client’s organization employs 200 people and is a private, for-profit business. (It is a private business, meaning the organization is not a government agency and the organization does not have a contract to do business with the federal government.)

2. Write a minimum 400-word paper which provides an overview of 2-3 Federal laws and/or regulations that influence total compensation. Use at least 1 source in to prepare your paper and cite it using APA citation style.
