Q.1) Pretend you have just found out that a friend of yours is using a specific type of drug. Write a paragraph to convince your friend to stop using the drug . Q.2) There were many types of sleep disorders discussed within the chapter as well as information regarding the dangers of not getting enough sleep. However, there was not much discussion regarding ways to increase the quality and quantity of sleep that an individual gets. Sleep hygiene is s a variety of different practices and habits that are necessary to have good nighttime sleep quality and full daytime alertness.
