2. In this organization, select a needed organizational change, or improvement.

• Specify in detail why the change or improvement is needed.
• Specify in detail, and using data, the current state of the needed change or improvement.
• Specify in detail the expected output to be realized after the change or improvement is implemented. The expected output must be measurable.

3. Describe the organizational change process steps that you would take, and prioritize the order in which you would take them. These process steps would be used from the beginning through post implementation

4. Evaluate both individual and organizational leadership change actions.

5. Describe how the politics of the organization might affect the implementation of the change plan.

6. Develop a detailed action plan for you, as a leader, to address the organizational change or improvement. This plan may be shown as a list or chart in Excel. Include the following, in any sequence you choose:

• Define the “who, what, and when”, that you would monitor and prioritize the order in which you would take these assigned steps or actions.
• Define how leadership will know that the change or improvement has been achieved.
• Define your risk and contingency plan to be used for this change.
